专利摘要:
The auto-setting bentonite mix liquid is for use in supporting trench sides during reinforced concrete foundation wall construction, the liquid placed in trench and wall placed by displacement. The mix features the ability to incorporate relatively large proportions of bentonite; can be pre-mixed, thus, obviating an intermediary operation; and eventually sets to form a strong infill between the sub-soil and the permanent wall. The mixture embodies water, cement, bentonite, hydraulic lime and/or cinders, and hydraulic material with latent fillers, in mass proportions of 40 to 80%, 10 to 40%, 2 to 18%, 15% and 40% resp. Stabilizing, setting regulating and plastifying additives are also utilized, and the ratio by weight of water to powders is between 0.5 to 1 and 6.5 to 1.

(54) COMPOSITION OF SELF-DEPENDENT SUSPENSION Ash, ground slag, ground expanded clay were used as latent-hydraulic additives. The amount of water is determined by the weight ratio of water and powder of materials, the value of which is in the range of 0.6: 1-4: 1. In the proposed suspension, lower quality 6entho shty, cements of various qualities and in a wider range can be used. the area of their quantities. The addition of latent-hydraulic substances increases the final strength of the hardened mixture and has a beneficial effect on the fluidity of the suspension. The self-hardening suspension according to the invention can be made without a technological interruption. The number of individual components of the mixture depends, according to the required properties of the suspension and the hardened mass, on the purpose of its use in sealing, bearing, bearing and sealing elements during injection. If self-hardening is used to secure wells, mines or ditches, where the suspension is replaced with a concrete mix, self-hardening suspension 4 is used with a minimum content of powdered hydraulic substances. In the case of using a self-hardening suspension for depths of R1x foundations or for casting, a suspension with a maximum content of powdered hydraulic substances is used for injection. When using self-hardening suspensions to seal or mount wells, wells or ditches, where the suspension is partially replaced, for example, with a finished reinforced concrete building element, a self-hardening suspension is used with a medium content of hydraulic powders. To stabilize the suspension, sodium compounds are used, most often powdered sodaGM-scum, which is often added to bentonites during industrial processing. Such bentonites are activated and act as a stabilizer in suspension. Cortane-FM, an oxidized syntan made from a mixture of phenols, ralentol-Cortane in a liquid state, and S-waste is a waste of sodium-based cellulose / 3-lignosulfonic acid, are used as plasticizers that serve as suspension regulators in the suspension. Approximate compositions of the suspension are shown in table.

1.6 58 Self-hardening slurry in the process of deepening ditches, mines, wells, laying reinforcement grids, foil, stone filler, concrete mix and finished building elements ensures the stability of the walls. After curing, the suspension becomes part of the design. The hardened suspension according to the invention can be used as a sealing, cross-sectioning and bearing-sealing element of the foundation. The self-hardening suspension made according to the invention can also be used as a priming casting mass and as an injection mass. These deep building structures, manufactured using the self-hardening suspension provided, can carry vertical, horizontal, and combined loads, bending and torsional moments. Claim 1. Composition of self-hardening suspension, mainly for underground laying, based on benthic gadement and water, which is characterized by the fact that, in order to increase the viability of the suspension and reduce the duration of the cured product, the composition additionally contains wear-resistant plastic additives. at the following ratio of components, wt.%: Water40 - 80 Cement10 - 40 Bentonite2-18 Hydraulic lime1-15 Latent-hydraulic additives6-15 Plasticizer0.6 - 1.6
